How the airport pickup works
Enter your flight number when you book and we follow the aircraft — early or late, the pickup moves with it at no extra cost. Your driver meets you inside the terminal once you have your luggage, and you pay in the car by card or cash. Then it is a direct run to Kista.
The route from Arlanda to Kista
Straight down the E4 and off at Kista — you never enter Stockholm at all, which is what keeps it to about half an hour.
The journey covers roughly 28 km and takes about 30 minutes in normal traffic. We check live traffic before setting off, so the arrival time you are given already accounts for the road at that hour.
Getting to Kista without a car
Awkward for such a short distance. The commuter train to Helenelund plus a bus, or the long way in to the centre and back out on the blue line — either way you travel further than the car does.
