How the airport pickup works
Enter your flight number when you book and we follow the aircraft — early or late, the pickup moves with it at no extra cost. Your driver meets you inside the terminal once you have your luggage, and you pay in the car by card or cash. Then it is a direct run to Märsta.
The route from Arlanda to Märsta
A few minutes south of the terminals on local roads — the shortest journey we run.
The journey covers roughly 8 km and takes about 12 minutes in normal traffic. We check live traffic before setting off, so the arrival time you are given already accounts for the road at that hour.
Getting to Märsta without a car
The commuter train from Arlanda C reaches Märsta in minutes and is a reasonable option. What it does not tell you on the ticket is the Arlanda station passage fee on top of the fare, and that Märsta station is not necessarily near your address.
About Märsta
Märsta sits just south of the airport and is where much of the Arlanda workforce lives. It has the nearest commuter rail station to the terminals and a cluster of airport hotels, so it is a frequent destination for crew, early-morning departures and anyone who wants to sleep close to the gate without paying terminal-hotel rates.
At 8 km Märsta is the nearest town to the airport, which is why much of the Arlanda workforce lives there. For a 05:00 departure it is the difference between leaving home at 04:30 and leaving Stockholm at 03:15.

Yes, at the same price as any other hour. There is no night surcharge — a 03:00 pickup from Märsta costs what a 15:00 pickup costs, which is not true of a metered fare.
Is a taxi worth it when the train is this short?
For one person travelling light, often not. For two or more, or at an hour when the train is not running, or with an address that is a walk from the station, the fixed price is usually the cheaper and always the simpler of the two.
