How the airport pickup works
Enter your flight number when you book and we follow the aircraft — early or late, the pickup moves with it at no extra cost. Your driver meets you inside the terminal once you have your luggage, and you pay in the car by card or cash. Then it is a direct run to Gamla Stan (Old Town).

About Gamla Stan (Old Town)
Gamla Stan sits on Stadsholmen, a small island of cobbled lanes, the Royal Palace and Stortorget square. Cars cannot enter most of the inner alleys, so we pick up at the nearest drivable point — Skeppsbron, Munkbron or Slussen — and your driver texts you the exact spot. With luggage that is far easier than dragging a suitcase over cobblestones from a train.
Cars cannot enter the inner lanes at all — Västerlånggatan, Prästgatan and the alleys between them are pedestrian. We stop at the closest drivable point and the driver walks you in if the bags need it, which is the part a train cannot do.
